The App, including all of its design, source code, graphics, user interface, features, content, and branding, is and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dev Tech Innovations LLC, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
"Dev Tech Innovations LLC," "Countries of the World," and all related marks, logos, and product names are trademarks or service marks of Dev Tech Innovations LLC. You may not use any of our marks without our prior written consent.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
